Kim Kardashian wants to help free rapper C-Murder from prison.

The 39-year-old reality star — who is studying to be a lawyer — believes the 49-year-old musician, whose real name is Corey Miller, was subjected to a number of missteps during his investigation and trial over the 2002 killing of Steve Thomas.

Kardashian explained on Twitter: “On January 18, 2002 a tragedy occurred when a young man was killed. The next day Corey Miller was arrested for the murder.

“The jury convicted Corey 10-2 and he was sentenced him to life in prison. If his trial was today, the jury would have had to be unanimous for him to be convicted.

“Since his trial, witnesses have recanted, new evidence of his potential innocence has come to light, and there are claims of jurors being pressured into voting to convict.”

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star insisted “true justice” would see Corey, who has always insisted he was innocent, be freed and the real killer found.

She continued: “True justice for the young man requires that the person who actually killed him be held responsible and that Corey Miller he returned home to his kids.”

Kardashian also took a moment to remember the family of the 16-year-old victim at the center of the case.

Kim Kardashian Is Worried About Kanye West Amid Presidential Bid and Forbes Interview

Kim Kardashian is privately concerned about her husband Kanye West’s behavior over the last week, People reports, particularly because the rapper, who suffers from bipolar depression, is currently experiencing a manic episode and is “struggling,” according to a source.

On Fourth of July, West announced he was running for president, despite missing several FEC deadlines. In a rambling and controversial Forbes interview, West said he was running under the Birthday party, wants to model his administration off of Black Panther‘s Wakanda, and that he is an anti-vaxxer who believes vaccines stop people from getting into heaven among other claims. (There’s zero science behind that dangerous conspiracy theory.)

People‘s source explained, “Kanye has been doing well for a long time. In the past, he has suffered both manic and depressive episodes related to his bipolar disorder. Right now, he is struggling again.”

That source added that Kardashian is in Los Angeles with the couple’s four children while West is in Wyoming. Everyone is worried about West. “Kim is concerned, as well as her whole family,” the source said. “It’s super stressful for Kim, because Kanye’s behavior is very unpredictable. She is worried. The episodes usually last for a few weeks and then things go back to normal. Kim hopes it will be the same this time.”

Kardashian has only tweeted one thing about West after he announced his presidential ambitions. She retweeted his video including information on how to register to vote. Beyond that, she has said nothing at length about his interview or Birthday Party 2020 ticket dreams.

Kim Kardashian has terrible nightmare about going to work with her clothes on

Newly-minted billionaire Kim Kardashian has just woken from a horrible dream where she went outside with her pants on.

Sitting bolt upright, Kim looked around confused for several moments before realising the experience of everyone ignoring her fully-clothed form was just a figment of her imagination.

Describing the dream as ‘incredibly vivid’, Kardashian spoke of attending a premiere and visiting her salon with ‘absolutely nothing on display’.

Shaking husband Kanye West awake, she insisted he pretend to be interested as she told him about her fully-clothed nightmare.

“It was just awful,” she said. “I had a jacket and shirt on, and quite loose trousers. Nobody was looking at me at all. I’d got all the way to work only realise once I got there I’d covered everything.

“When I got to work, absolutely nobody wanted to take pictures of me.

“God, it was so real. I must be really stressed about something. Maybe it’s the pressure of being a new billionaire? Or maybe I’m just secretly quite self-conscious about my physical appearance.

“Hey, do you think my bum looks small in this? Kanye, I’m talking to you.”

Kanye has reassured her that she’s got a delightfully large derriùre, the biggest he’s ever seen, before trying to think of rhymes to ‘bum’ and ‘dressed’ as he drifts back off to sleep again.

To help her calm down from the experience, Kardashian has texted one of her personal assistants with strict instructions to post several pictures of her arse to Instagram this afternoon.

Kim Kardashian Says Justice Reform is ‘Personal’: ‘I’m Raising Mixed Kids’ | toofab.com

Kim Kardashian revealed why she has assumed the social justice warrior mantle and it all has to do with her family.

During a guest appearance on “CBS This Morning” recorded from her home, the reality star opened up to Gayle King about what ignited her passion for reforming the criminal justice system, which began by taking on the case of Alice Marie Johnson, who was serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole for a first-time drug offense.

“I thought, okay that does not add up. This just is not fair,” the 38-year-old explained. “If she did something against the law, of course, she should do time, but what is that sentencing time? And so for me, realizing they lock up black and brown people five more times than white people — I am raising mixed kids. To me, that becomes really personal.”

Hey guys! Tune in to @CBSThisMorning as I talk to @GayleKing about my new documentary #KKWTheJusticeProject and how I’m giving back to the families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic this morning at 8:40AM PST! pic.twitter.com/GaQKzpuJy8

— Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian)

Kim shares North, 6, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and Psalm, 10 months, with Kanye West.

After Kim visited with Donald Trump to plead the case, Johnson was granted clemency in June 2018.

On the daytime talk show, she also revealed that said she felt like the case “found her.”

“I happened to be on my phone and saw a video that she did — like a video op-ed that she did — and she explained her story. She was the phone mule and she got a harsher sentence than Charles Manson did,” she detailed.

@KimKardashianWest THANK YOU Kim Kardashian for deciding to fight for justice. Saw your great interview on CBS This Morning w/ Gayle King. We are looking forward to watching your television documentary on Oxygen. Keep up the great work.#TheJusticeProject #CriminalJusticeReform pic.twitter.com/NYq77n04nO

“I just couldn’t sit back and see Alice spend the rest of her life in prison when I saw that she had her big family and it just reminded me of my family,” she continued.

“I thought, ‘What if one of us made a decision that just changed our family for the rest of our lives?'”

Kim said once she realized there are many more women like Alice in prison, she had to take some action. Now she said she believes in second chances and that people can transform once she went to prisons and met with the inmates.

Gayle asked what Kim’s father would think about her foray into the legal world, as Robert Kardashian Sr. was a famous attorney who passed in 2003.

“Him and I talked about it a lot. I know he would be really proud. I think knowing that when I get exhausted and think I want to give up, I know that he’s pushing me not to give up.”

Kim Kardashian accused of cultural appropriation for braids again, and some fans are defending her.

In this life, nothing is certain but death, taxes, and Kim Kardashian wearing a traditionally black hairstyle despite not being black.

To promote her husband Kanye West’s dish towel-inspired fashion brand, Kim Kardashian-West wore some bespoke Raggedy Ann pants, a sports bra, and—you guessed it—braids.

And yes, there was backlash, from people sick of her using elements of black culture like they’re accessories and mere fashion trends.

WILL SHE EVER STOP??? YOU ? ARE ? NOT ? BLACK https://t.co/Sei630FzAy

— tevin (@tevinauguste) March 3, 2020

When will Kim Kardashian learn that she’s not black?? Like these braids don’t even look good on her either lmao pic.twitter.com/M1TgFx5xeZ

— ? (@nhc_xx) March 2, 2020

Some fans are defending her, saying that it’s not appropriation because all humans have a braiding custom of sorts, and mentioning that she is raising black children.

#KimKardashian is married to Kanye West. They have kids that are half-black. She’s accused of #culturalAppropriation for braids.

So White mothers of black children, must be raise their kids with black culture but without celebrating black culture themself? Got it.

— Shae? (@ShaaeFiske) March 3, 2020

It’s 2020 we know it’s y’all culture. It’s a badass hairstyle and you don’t control the hands that braid it. On top of that , this is only an American issue. No one on earth besides African Americans deem this cultural appropriation

— ĐŒĐ°Ń˜Ń‡Đ” ;* (@MajaC95) March 2, 2020

And some are suggesting that this is all part of Kris Jenner, Momager’s master plan to be talked about.

She real wack… she posted this and then popped up with braids AGAIN… Does she not get tired of stealing Black women? kim kardashian is relying on Black outrage to keep her relevant and it fucking shows https://t.co/VU1KWzEqfo

— JASON (@_yaysun) March 2, 2020

Despite rebranding as a law student, Kim has yet to learn her lesson about why appropriation might be insulting.

The last she spoke on this was in 2018, when she explained to Bustle what she means when she wears Fulani braids:

I [do] remember the backlash when I had the blonde hair and that I called them ‘Bo Derek braids.’ But I obviously know they’re called Fulani braids and I know the origin of where they came from and I’m totally respectful of that. I’m not tone deaf to where I don’t get it. I do get it
In no way am I ever trying to disrespect anyone’s culture by wearing braids.

She means, “I like the attention! Thanks everyone!”
