The royal tot will celebrate his first birthday on May 6 and royal fans will be hoping to see a glimpse of the toddler.

Now, a royal correspondent has revealed the couple will choose to share a picture of Archie with the world.

Roya Nikkhah tweeted at the weekend: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will give the world a rare glimpse of their son Archie Mountbatten-Windsor next month when they publicly mark his first birthday on May 6th.”

A spokesperson for Meghan and Harry confirmed to The Sunday Times: “You can expect to see him.”

The couple last shared a photo of their son on New Year’s Eve.

The adorable image showed Harry holding his son, who looked cute in a bobble hat and winter coat.

The family have been living in Los Angeles since stepping back from their senior royal roles on March 31.

The couple announced their decision back in January, explaining they want to become “financially independent”.

The couple married at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle in May 2018 and the ceremony was broadcast to millions across the world.

However, Meghan and Harry already want to renew vows in an “intimate, barefoot” ceremony in America.

A source has told Heat magazine: “This will symbolise a brand-new start for them both practically and spiritually.

“They both love the idea of an intimate, barefoot ceremony overlooking the ocean – a little like Meghan’s first wedding [to Trevor Engleson], but without all the fanfare and partying.

“Of course, it risks upsetting the royals, but this fresh start is important to both of them.”

Prince Charles to pay $2.5M for Harry and Meghan’s security costs

Prince Harry is getting his dad to fork over $2.5 million per year toward his post-Megxit US security costs that sparked a diplomatic spat with President Trump, according to a report.

Trump sternly insisted Harry and wife Meghan Markle “must pay” for their own security after jetting into their new life in California — with the couple insisting that “privately funded security arrangements have been made.”

Those arrangements are being fronted by Harry’s dad, the UK’s 71-year-old heir to the throne, Prince Charles, a royal source told the Daily Mail.

“Charles has agreed to pay a ‘private contribution’ to the Sussexes. It will not be revealed how much and what that is used for, but it is believed to be around £2 million,” the source said of what equates to just under $2.5 million.

“However, the Prince of Wales does not have an infinite amount of money,” the source said — while conceding his annual income from his private estate, the Duchy of Cornwall, is around $26 million.

Page Six first reported on Friday that the couple left their $14 million bolthole in Canada and took a private jet with baby Archie to the Los Angeles area before the borders were closed amid the coronavirus crisis.

Meghan’s mother Doria lives in Los Angeles, and the 38-year-old former “Suits” star grew up there.

Their security bill is likely to be even higher than first thought because British cops are unable to carry guns in the US, meaning the couple needs to hire private guards, the Mail says.

Buckingham Palace refused to comment on the report nor whether it meant UK taxpayers would no longer have to contribute towards any future bill, the Mail said.

Meghan also told her friends that she was “relieved” that she did not bring Archie on the trip. Leaving Archie behind reportedly saddened his great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth, who was hoping to spend time with him.

“She said it’s not like she was intentionally keeping [Archie] away, but it made no sense to bring him and put him in harm’s way,” Meghan’s friend said.

Meghan continued sharing her real feelings about the family dynamic calling the royals ‘weird’ and Kate Middleton, specifically, ‘uptight.’

“She said [the trip] has been a confirmation that they made the right choice in parting ways. There’s no warmth between the family members and she wants to raise Archie in a household that is filled with laughter and joy and lots of hugs,” one close friend of Meghan’s said.

“It’s still weird to her that no one hugs and that everyone is so uptight, especially Kate,” the friend added. “She said it’s obvious that Kate and William do not approve of their choices and that you could cut the tension with a knife. Kate barely even looked at her and their interaction was kept to a bare minimum.”

First of all, she married someone from a different country.

Second, she married a member of the British royal family.

So Meghan should have expected that Harry’s family would have different customs than hers in America.

Moreover, many consider the British to be less physically affectionate than Americans. That in itself is perfectly fine and in fact is not “weird” at all. So a “woke” liberal who claims to be vehemently against all forms of racism should think twice about shaming British – or royal – cultural practices.

Meghan also has no right to whine about the royal family being distant and disapproving of her. She convinced Harry to ditch them all and move as far away as possible. How are they supposed to feel around her? Frankly, Meghan is lucky that the Queen and the rest of the royal family are being cordial to her at all.

Like most liberals, Meghan Markle just loves to play the victim. Now she’s clearly trying to push a narrative that she is “oppressed” by the royal family.

Back in March 2019, Meghan had hired Bill and Hillary Clinton former adviser Sara Latham. Meghan was ready to use the Clinton Foundation as her template in building a “pay for play” type organization. Markle would turn the British Monarchy’s “royal brand” into something that was up for sale to the highest bidder.

So, like a bad actress, Meghan cried on British TV last October that she was barely holding up. It seems her life as a duchess in one of the world’s wealthiest families was just so overwhelming. Of course, this was a perfectly timed interview. Then, after the holidays, the dastardly duo makes their move to divorce themselves from the Royal Family.

However, they wanted their cake and to eat it too.

Meghan and Harry made it clear they wanted to leave the United Kingdom and have no responsibilities as a working Senior Royal. But they still wanted all the perks. The press attention was off the charts, and so the Queen smartly gave them enough rope to hang themselves. In January, she took their “resignation” but said the “final details” would take some time to be determined.

Then, Her Majesty waited and watched to see what Meghan and Harry would do. Well, when Harry took a speaking gig with JP Morgan and started talks with Goldman Sachs as “the first steps by the Prince to land lucrative gigs on the paid speaking circuit,” that was all she needed to see.

Along with Meghan’s hardcore “woke” political stances, the Queen saw the writing on the wall. The leftist duo would be engaged in promoting their hypocritical causes. Meghan and Harry have a habit of lecturing us about climate change while grifting private jet rides from their celebrity friends.

The biggest issue to be determined surrounded the use of the coveted brand as “royal.” This was the linchpin to all of Meghan’s plans. The former cable TV actress had been making plans to use “royal” for at least 18 months, and without it, poor Meghan and Harry would have nothing to pimp out to the public.

Well, the Queen’s final answer is that the British Monarchy’s brand is not for sale.

“Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will be moving forward in their new life without a valuable part of their brand, with the Queen and other senior palace officials reportedly agreeing that the couple will no longer be able to keep the word ‘royal’ as a part of their brand,” Page Six reports.

“Maybe they can trademark ‘certified former royal’?” Page Six adds.

According to the Daily Mail, the two had hoped to leverage “Sussex Royal” into not just a new website but a “global trademark for a range of items and activities, including clothing, stationery, books and teaching materials” and a new charitable organization with the name.

Royal watchers including British citizens are behind the Queen banning Meghan and Harry from using her brand in seedy money-making schemes.

Meghan’s cadre of devotees is livid. Some are going as far as to say the Queen is racist.

That’s the typical leftwing response to anything that does not go their way. Meghan feels entitled to destroy the brand of a 1,000-year Monarchy, and if you don’t see it her way, well, then you must be a racist.

Shame on anyone making these ridiculous accusations of racism. And shame on Prince Harry for going along with Meghan’s scheme that must be devastating to his elderly grandparents. Prince Harry reportedly ‘fast-tracked’ plans for him and Meghan Markle to quit senior roles in the royal family because ‘he was worried that she would have a meltdown’.

The couple announced last week that they were intending to take a step back from senior royal duties and live with financial independence.

It’s been said that the Duchess – who married Harry in 2018 – has found the ‘slow pace’ of Palace life ‘painful’ and that she has struggled to settle in the UK.

A source told The Sun: “The statement was rushed out and part of the reason for that is that Harry knew he needed to take swift action. Meghan has not settled in the UK and he knows that and wants her to be happy.”

The source added that Harry decided to move quickly during the couple’s six-week break in Canada over Christmas.

According to the insider, he feared that ‘staying in the UK for too long would lead to his wife having a meltdown’.

A palace insider told the BBC that Harry’s older brother, Prince William, was ‘worried’ after seeing the documentary.

William, Harry, their father Prince Charles and the Queen are reportedly set to meet at Sandringham on Monday (13.1.20) for showdown talks in a bid to rescue the situation and alleviate the crisis.
