Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly eyeing up a stylish $7million Malibu mansion in the countdown to ‘Megxit’, when the couple will end all official royal duties on March 31.

The Sussexes stated they would be splitting their time between the UK and the US, and spent their six-week Christmas holiday at a luxurious £14.1million waterside mansion on Vancouver Island.

While they are currently residing in Canada, there are now reports the couple are keen to relocate to California, where they would be close to Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland, Silicon Valley and Hollywood.

The pair and are said to be considering a spectacular house currently owned by Baywatch star David Charvet and his wife Brooke Burke, which boasts eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a home cinema and stylish wine cellar.

There will be plenty of room for Harry, Meghan and their son Archie, who turns one in May, as the home sits on 1.75 acres of land with 12,249 square feet of living space.

The property boasts a stylish home cinema (pictured) with fashionable dark interiors, modern decor and contemporary artwork

The house has an open bright kitchen (pictured) with stylish interiors and will no doubt offer the couple privacy with its 1.75 acres of land

As well as sleek, bright interiors, the home has it’s very own home cinema, a stylish wine cellar, a four-car garage, a swimming pool and a tennis court.

The home would be just around the corner from a host of huge Hollywood names including Robert Downey Jr., Mel Gibson, Dick Van Dyke and Caitlyn Jenner.

The house is currently used as an expensive rental property, and Caitlyn’s daughter Kylie Jenner even stayed there for two weeks in 2018.

Last month, Caitlyn told Loose Women she had heard the Sussexes were looking for a home in Malibu.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 70, told the talk show panel that Harry and Meghan ‘probably had enough’ to take such a drastic step back from their royal duties, but added it must have been ‘very difficult’ for the actress.

Asked what she thinks will happen next for the Royal couple, she said: ‘I can’t predict as I’ve tried to raise our royal family in the US. It was probably very difficult for Meghan, coming into the Royal Family.

‘It was a big shock to her, she’s probably had enough. Good for them, we’ll see how it goes. I heard they were looking for a house in Malibu. It must have been tough. Everyone deserves to be happy.’

The house in question would be just 30 miles away from her Meghan’s Doria, 63, in the Windsor Hills. Malibu also offers the couple easy access to Hollywood as they field offers from film and television powerhouses such as Netflix and Disney.

It was revealed yesterday that the Sussexes will officially step down on March 31 and close their Buckingham Palace office.

From then on they will no longer be working royals, with just six more engagements to complete before ‘Megxit’.

Their last duty is expected to be as soon as March 9, when they will join the Queen at Westminster Abbey to mark Commonwealth Day.

Harry and Meghan are believed to be eyeing up the renaissance-style property, complete with a tennis court and swimming pool (seen from above)

The eight-bedroom mansion believed to be on their radar is secluded and private and boasts sprawling grounds lined with olive trees

Security: This would be Harry and Meghan’s security gate that would stop unwanted visitors from bothering the couple after they decided to step down as working royals and relocate to North America at the beginning of this year

Alan Halsall appears to slam ex Lucy-Jo Hudson’s new man Lewis Devine after he calls daughter Sienna his own

ALAN Halsall appeared to take a pop at his ex Lucy-Jo Hudson’s new man Lewis Devine after he called the Corrie star’s daughter Sienna his own.

This week Lewis gushed about the six-year-old, who is Alan and Lucy-Jo’s daughter,  following the birth of their son.

The Sun Online

As part of a lengthy post after Lucy-Jo gave birth, he said: “Our Sienna is delighted and is already making the best big sister, just like I knew she would!”

Today the actor, who plays Tyronne Dobbs, seemed to reference the comment as he posted on Instagram stories: “You’re welcome to keep the lying cheating one & call her your own! But not my daughter.”

It is unclear who exactly he is referring to in the first part of his statement – however he seems to be clear he doesn’t want anyone calling his daughter “their own”.

Lucy gave birth to her son with Lewis on 18th February, telling fans: “We are so in love with our baby boy!!!

Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson stuns fans in eye-popping black bustier and PVC trousers in new sultry snap

JESY Nelson’s fans showered the singer with compliments after she posted a sultry snap of herself in a black mesh PVC bustier.

The Little Mix star teamed the eye-popping top with matching skintight trousers as she posed up a storm in the picture.

She oozed glamour in the Instagram post, as her followers couldn’t get over how “gorgeous”, “stunning” and “pretty” she looked.

One simply commented: “Jesy you are a goddess ❤❤❤❤❤.”

Narrowly avoiding a wardrobe mishap, the 28-year-old’s long brunette locks fell down across her shoulders and cleavage as she smouldered for the camera.

A woman of few words, Jesy captioned the post: “Hi ?.”

The singer’s outfit was likened to the character Catwoman

The tight-fitting outfit showed off her slim waist, while stiletto heels lengthened her PVC-clad pins.

And whilst looking like she’d taken inspiration from the character Sandy, played by Olivia Newton-John in the 1978 film Grease, some of her followers commented that Jesy was a dead ringer for Catwoman.

One said: “I mean a pair of kitty ears and you are our Cat Woman.”

The Black Magic singer recently enjoyed a romantic weekend away with boyfriend Chris Hughes to mark Valentine’s Day.

Actor Kirk Douglas has reportedly left his entire $60million fortune to charity.

Kirk was laid to rest on February 7 at the Westwood Memorial in Los Angeles, two days after he died at his home. He was 103.

According to the Mirror, Kirk didn’t leave any money to his son, Michael, a Hollywood star who has his own net worth of about $300million.

But Kirk, who was known for his charitable contributions throughout his life, did leave the money to several beneficiaries.

A total of $50million will be distributed through the Douglas Foundation, which was founded by Kirk and his wife, Anne.

But Kirk, who was known for his charitable contributions throughout his life, did leave the money to several beneficiaries, including to the Kirk Douglas Theatre (pictured)

Some of Kirk’s millions was left to the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (pictured)

A third beneficiary was the Sinai Temple of Los Angeles, which houses the Kirk and Anne Douglas Childhood Center

Another beneficiary was St Lawrence University (pictured), where Kirk and Anne established a scholarship for minority and underprivileged students

According to the Mirror, some of the beneficiaries include St Lawrence University, the Sinai Temple of Los Angeles, the Kirk Douglas Theatre and the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Prior to his passing Kirk and Anne were already in the process of making more generous donations.

Meanwhile, Michael has been campaigning for Michael Bloomberg.

The actor addressed an audience while speaking in support of the Democratic presidential candidate and former New York City mayor at a Bloomberg campaign office on Sunday in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Kirk is survived by Anne, who is his second wife, and three of his four sons: Michael, Joel, and Peter.

Michael, 75, responded to his father’s death by posting a series of pictures of the two of them together, including a family portrait with all Kirk’s sons. He called his father ‘a legend’, ‘a humanitarian’ and ‘a wonderful husband’.

‘It is with tremendous sadness that my brothers and I announce that Kirk Douglas left us today at the age of 103,’ Michael wrote at the time.

Meanwhile, Michael (pictured Sunday) has been campaigning for Michael Bloomberg

The actor addressed an audience while speaking in support of the Democratic presidential candidate and former New York City mayor at a Bloomberg campaign office on Sunday in Quincy, Massachusetts

‘To the world he was a legend, an actor from the golden age of movies who lived well into his golden years, a humanitarian whose commitment to justice and the causes he believed in set a standard for all of us to aspire to.

‘But to me and my brothers Joel and Peter he was simply Dad, to Catherine, a wonderful father-in-law, to his grandchildren and great grandchild their loving grandfather, and to his wife Anne, a wonderful husband.

‘Kirk’s life was well lived,’ Douglas added, ‘and he leaves a legacy in film that will endure for generations to come, and a history as a renowned philanthropist who worked to aid the public and bring peace to the planet’.

‘Let me end with the words I told him on his last birthday and which will always remain true. Dad- I love you so much and I am so proud to be your son,’ Michael said.

Kirk and Anne married in 1954. Kirk had two sons with Anne, Eric and Peter Douglas.

Their youngest son Eric tragically died of an accidental drug overdose in 2004 aged 46.

Kirk is survived by his second wife Anne (together, in 2013) and three of his four sons: Michael, Joel, and Peter. Together, Kirk and Anne founded the Douglas Foundation

Michael (left), 75, responded to his father’s death by posting a series of pictures of the two of them together. He called his father ‘a legend’, ‘a humanitarian’ and ‘a wonderful husband’

Michael Douglas and his brother Joel were the sons of Kirk and his first wife Diana Douglas, who died in 2015 aged 92.

German-born Anne, 100, met Kirk in Paris when she was the publicity girl on his 1953 film Act Of Love.

Anne initially turned down the job as Kirk had built up a reputation as a Lothario but eventually agreed to work with him as long as it was strictly business.

At the time, Kirk was engaged to actress Pier Angeli but says he ‘fell out of love with her’.

He married Anne in Las Vegas on May 29, 1954. Kirk admitted to extramarital affairs in their 65 years as a married couple.

Anne knew about the affairs and wrote: ‘One of the things I love most about Kirk is his inability to keep secrets… Let me explain my attitude concerning this. As a European, I understood it was unrealistic to expect total fidelity in a marriage.’

Douglas suffered a stroke back in 1996 that left him with slurred speech and damaged facial nerves but it didn’t stop him from attending the Academy Awards ceremony two weeks later to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award.

He had been in relatively good health since his stroke.

Michael’s wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones, 50, was among those leading the tributes in the wake of her father-in-law’s death, writing alongside a photo of the pair: ‘To my darling Kirk, I shall love you for the rest of my life. I miss you already. Sleep tight…’

A host of other Hollywood stars joined in the outpouring of grief, with celebrities and fans alike flooding social media to honor the legendary screen star after news of his death broke.

Sylvester Stallone, who shared a poster from Douglas’s 1949 boxing film Champion, wrote on Instagram: ‘KIRK DOUGLAS!!! The last great giant of my cinema heroes has passed on to Infinite glory. Amazing artist! The likes of which we will never ever see again!’

Steven Spielberg presented Douglas with an honorary Oscar at the Academy Awards in 1996 and was also one of those who gave remarks at the star’s 100th birthday party in December 2016.

‘Kirk retained his movie star charisma right to the end of his wonderful life and I’m honored to have been a small part of his last 45 years,’ Spielberg said.

‘I will miss his handwritten notes, letters and fatherly advice, and his wisdom and courage – even beyond such a breathtaking body of work – are enough to inspire me for the rest of mine.’

Douglas was the son of Jewish Russian immigrants who rose through the ranks to become one of Hollywood’s biggest-ever stars.

Flowers adorned Kirk’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame following his death on February 5

The famed actor and producer, who was one of the last of Hollywood’s Golden Age, made more than 90 movies in a career that stretched across seven decades.

He was renowned for the macho tough guy roles he took on.

Films such as Spartacus and The Vikings made him one of the biggest box-office stars of the 1950s and 60s.

Douglas received critical acclaim for his role in the 1960 classic Spartacus where he played the gladiator leader of a Roman slave revolt.

He was nominated three times for the best actor Oscar in 1949 for Champion, The Bad and the Beautiful in 1953 and Lust for Life in 1957.

Douglas never received an Academy Award for an individual film but the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences awarded him an honorary Oscar in 1996 for his role as a creative and moral force in the movie industry.

Richard Dreyfuss on facing down sharks, aliens, and his own demons – CBS News

“We have many accomplishments to talk about,” Turner Classic Movie host Ben Mankiewicz said to actor Richard Dreyfuss. “But I would like to start with failure.”

“That’s the way I usually start things!” Dreyfuss said.

In 2004, Dreyfuss, the Oscar-winning star of such films as “Jaws,” “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” and “The Goodbye Girl,” had signed on for the Mel Brooks musical “The Producers” in London’s West End. “When Mel Brooks had called me and asked me to do it, I had said, ‘Mel, I don’t dance and I don’t sing.’ And he said, ‘Oh, who cares? You’re funny.’ Six days before the first preview audience, I was fired because I didn’t dance and I didn’t sing.”

Call it a hiccup in what has mostly been a lifetime of success.

After a brief one-line debut in 1967’s “The Graduate,” you might say Dreyfuss’ career was on fire by 1973.  George Lucas directed him in “American Graffiti,” along with a few other big names, like Ron Howard and Harrison Ford.

And then, Steven Spielberg called. “Steven had called me and said, ‘I wanna meet you about ‘Jaws.’ Don’t read the book.’ To this day I’ve never read the book – that’s how good an actor I am with directors!”

“He didn’t want you to have any preconceived notions about how the character should be?” asked Mankiewicz.

“Yeah. And he told me the story and it was exciting. He said, ‘You wanna do it?’ And I went, ‘No.’ He said, ‘Why?’ And I said, ‘Because I’d rather watch this movie than shoot it.’ Because I’m an idiot! I mean, there’s really no other explanation. I’m pretty stupid when it comes to certain things.”

After turning Spielberg down, Dreyfuss landed what he thought was the best part ever written for an actor his age, “The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz.”

Mankiewicz asked, “So, best part ever for an actor your age. What happened when you saw it?”

“You’ve done your homework, haven’t you? I thought that I had given the worst performance in the history of celluloid.”

And after watching himself on-screen in ‘Duddy Kravitz,’ Spielberg’s shark movie was suddenly far more appealing.

“You thought the performance in ‘Duddy Kravitz’ was so bad you reversed your decision of saying no to ‘Jaws’ and said yes to ‘Jaws’?”

“Yes,” Dreyfuss said. “I turned it down twice. I saw ‘Duddy Kravitz.’ I called Steven and begged for the part.”

“You were terrified that ‘Duddy’ would end your career?”

“Yeah. Yeah.”

So, he got on Spielberg’s boat, and while they were still filming “Jaws,” Dreyfuss started lobbying for the lead in Spielberg’s next big film: “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”:  “And I decided that I would badmouth every actor every born that could possibly play that role. And I did!”

Those actors were?  “De Niro, Pacino – you name it.”

“What would you say about De Niro?” asked Mankiewicz.

“I said, ‘De Niro has no sense of humor.’ And I would say, ‘Pacino’s crazy.’ I would just walk by his desk and go – ”

“‘Gene Hackman’s impossible to work with’?”

“Yeah. And then I said one day I said, ‘Steven, you need a child.’ And he looked up and said, ‘You got the part.'”

“Close Encounters” was a game changer in Hollywood. But for Dreyfuss, the other film he made in 1977 would be even bigger – a screen adaptation of a Neil Simon play.

“One morning a friend of mine calls and says, ‘Did you hear that Bobby De Niro got fired this morning?'” Dreyfuss said.

“This is the movie he did right after ‘Taxi Driver,'” said Mankiewicz.

“Right. And Mike Nichols was directing – what was it? ‘Bogart Slept Here,’ that’s the name.”

Long story short, “Bogart Slept Here” became “The Goodbye Girl.”

The chemistry between Dreyfuss and Marsha Mason dazzled Simon, won over the audience, and impressed Oscar voters.

“My agent called and said, ‘You’ve been nominated for “The Goodbye Girl,”‘ I went, ‘Wow,’ and then I said, ‘Who else is nominated?’  ‘Woody Allen, John Travolta, Marcello Mastroianni, and Richard Burton.’ And I went, ‘I’m gonna win.’ And my agent went, ‘Right.’ And I said, ‘I’m gonna win.’ John Travolta was too soon. … Richard Burton had just passed the hump. If he had been nominated the year before they would’ve given it to him in a second and we all would’ve stood up and given him a standing ovation. No one was ever gonna give Marcello Mastroianni the best actor. And no one was gonna give Woody Allen best actor because it was the year of ‘Annie Hall.'”

“Right, he was gonna win best picture, screenplay, director.”

“Everything else, right. So I said, ‘I’m gonna win.'”

And Dreyfuss did!

Mankiewicz said, “What actually impresses me most about you is, you know, you have all this wild success from, like, ’73 to ’78. And you get a substance abuse problem. And you get a famous one ’cause you’re famous. And you recover from that, right? I imagine, incredibly difficult process.”

“I could tell you all kinds of things that you don’t have time for,” Dreyfuss said. “But I decided to be a better person. And I think that that’s a legitimate goal. And I like that about me.”

That includes forgiveness.

Dreyfuss has publicly told a story about a longtime beef with Bill Murray that began on the set of 1991’s “What About Bob,” when Dreyfuss says that Murray, drunk, threw an ashtray at Dreyfuss’ head and missed.

Now, Dreyfuss has stopped telling that story, and he says he’s ready to forgive. “I haven’t done it with Bill. And I will. We’ve never crossed paths. And one day I will write him a note and say, ‘As far as I’m concerned, it’s over.'”

Dreyfuss is 72 now, living in San Diego. You can still see him in upcoming movies, but you’ll never see his Oscar out on display in his house.

Mankiewicz said, “I literally walked into you house here, into the room where we’re taping this, looked at the wall and said to the producer, ‘Where’s the Oscar?’ Which prompts me to ask, where’s the Oscar?”

After a career facing down sharks, aliens and his own demons, Richard Dreyfuss has somehow managed to stay cool.

The Trailer for ‘Candyman’ is Just Around the Corner

It’s hard for a distributor to keep their trailer launch a secret, especially since they must have it classified in various countries prior to release. This is how many sites get ahead of things and make wild proclamations (like with the surprise teaser drop for Spiral).

The Jordan Peele-produced Candyman sequel has officially been classified by Alberta Film Ratings, a source I personally have tracked for over a decade. They are an official government-run company that classifies footage before it’s screened in Alberta theaters.

With that, the release of the first Candyman trailer is just around the corner. MGM has the spiritual sequel scheduled for release on June 12th of this year, which means it’s time to get the show on the road if they’re going to make that date. It’s been suggested that the trailer could find itself attached to Universal’s The Invisible Man this coming Friday, which would land the footage online prior to that. We have put an email into MGM for confirmation and will report back with any updates.

Directed by Nia DaCosta, the cast is led by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Us, Aquaman), and Jordan Peele (Get Out, Us) co-wrote the script, which is linked directly to the original classic. The sequel returns to the neighborhood where the legend began: the now-gentrified section of Chicago where the Cabrini-Green housing projects once stood.  Cassie Kramer has taken over the role of Helen Lyle from Virginia Madsen. However, we’re told that Tony Todd returns as Candyman.

Watch this spot for more as it comes in. Be our victim. Thanks to Chad L. for the heads up.

Quentin Tarantino and Daniella Pick bring an Israeli baby into the world

Quentin Tarantino, Daniella Pick

The daughter of legendary Israeli singer Tsvika Pick married the filmmaker in 2018.

By Batya Jerenberg, World Israel News

Academy Award-winning filmmaker Quentin Tarantino has become a father for the first time as his Israeli wife Daniella Pick gave birth to a baby boy Saturday in Tel Aviv’s Ichilov Hospital, according to a Pnai Plus magazine report.

Tarantino, 56, who is not Jewish, married Pick, 36, in 2018 in a Reform Jewish ceremony after an eight-year on and off relationship. She is the daughter of one of Israel’s most famous musicians and composers, Tsvika Pick, and is a singer in her own right.

She has a prolific following on Instagram as a model and received a minor part in her husband’s latest movie, “Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood.”

The 2019 film won the Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice awards for best motion picture in January, with Tarantino taking home first prize from both for the original screenplay. When he stood at the podium with his statuette at the Golden Globes ceremony, he thanked his wife, saying, “Toda, geveret [Thank you, madam in Hebrew], I love you.”

The couple have rented an apartment in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in the country, Ramat Aviv Gimmel. In an interview with Yediot Ahronot last month, he said he loved being in Israel and that the security situation did not bother him.

“Really, my life here is so wonderful,” he said, adding, “I love the country and the people are really nice, very nice to me, and they seem excited that I’m here.”

When asked about the rocket threat from Gaza, he said, “I’m not scared at all. Like everyone else here, I don’t really notice it.”

The filmmaker admitted at the time that his Hebrew is not yet up to snuff, but the upcoming birth would encourage him to take the language more seriously.

“Obviously, I’m going to learn. I don’t want my boy or girl to speak a language I can’t understand,” he said.

Tarantino has spoken often of retiring after making one more movie, so that he has an even 10 in his repertoire, although he would continue to write screenplays and TV series.

Jada Pinkett Smith confronts Snoop Dogg about his attack on Gayle King | Daily Mail Online

Jada Pinkett Smith confronted Snoop Dogg over how he publicly berated Gayle King after she dredged up Kobe Bryant‘s rape allegations in the wake of the basketball star’s death.

Snoop, a close fan of Bryant’s, shocked fans when he lashed out at CBS This Morning host Gayle King after a segment of an interview about the late basketball star and his rape trial was taken out of context earlier this month.

In a since-deleted video, Snoop called King  a ‘funky, dog-haired b****’ and demanded she ‘back off before we come get you’.

He later apologized to King, and she accepted.

But he was forced to face his words again when Smith brought up the ordeal in an upcoming episode of Red Table Talk, telling the rapper how disappointed she was in his treatment of King.

Heated response: Snoop Dogg recently clapped back at Gayle King after her statement about Kobe Bryant’s rape trial was taken out of context

In a clip from the interview, which airs February 26, Smith says: ‘When you first came out and you said what you said, you know in regards to Gayle, my heart dropped.

‘I felt like not only were you talking to Gayle, but you were talking to me. I was like, “Oh no, Snoop has now taken his power flow away from me, away from Willow, away from my mother.” Right?’

She continued: ‘I was like…if this is what’s happening..I was like, not Snoop! That’s one of the reasons I felt like I really wanted to have the conversation with you in the spirit of healing.’

King recently faced backlash when a clip from her CBS This Morning interview with WNBA star Lisa Leslie was posted online.

In discussion: After apologizing, he had an important discussion about his reaction with Jada Pinkett Smith for an upcoming episode of Red Table Talk

Heart dropped: In a clip from the interview, which airs February 26, Smith says: ‘When you first came out and you said what you said, you know in regards to Gayle, my heart dropped’

Spirit of healing: She added: ‘I was like, not Snoop! That’s one of the reasons I felt like I really wanted to have the conversation with you in the spirit of healing’

In the video, she brought up the 2003 sexual assault case against Bryant, which was ultimately settled out of court when Bryant released a public apology.

She’s since said she felt ‘mortified’ by the clip, which was edited by CBS without the full context: ‘I know that if I had only seen the clip that you saw, I’d be extremely angry with me too.’

Snoop responded in a now-deleted video: ‘Why y’all attacking us? We your people. You ain’t coming after f***ing Harvey Weinstein, asking them dumba** questions. I get sick of y’all.’

Facing backlash: King recently faced backlash when a clip from her CBS This Morning interview with WNBA star Lisa Leslie was posted online

Out of context: She’s since said she felt ‘mortified’ by the clip of her bringing up Bryant’s 2003 sexual assault case, which was taken out of context

Sincere apology: Snoop has since released an apology video for the way he reacted

But the I Wanna Thank Me artist has since released an apology video for the way he reacted.

He said: ‘I should have handled it way different than that. I was raised way better than that. So, I would like to apologize to you publicly.’
